Trinity Spencerport Services
Traditional Service
9:00am every Sunday
Trinity's traditional worship service follows the liturgy in the Lutheran Service Book. The pastor, dressed formally, greets worshippers and introduces the sermon. These services are structured, use traditional hymns, and have a reflective atmosphere. The main instrument is the organ, but other instruments may also be included. A Confession of Faith is recited, often the Nicene Creed or the Apostles' Creed. Prayers are scripted, and the Lord's Prayer is recited weekly.
9:00am and 11:00am every Sunday
Contemporary Service
11:00am every Sunday
Trinity's contemporary worship service is an abridged version of the traditional Lutheran Service. It features an upbeat atmosphere with a worship band leading the congregation in contemporary songs. The pastor, dressed casually, greets worshippers and presents the the sermon series. The service maintains a focus on praise and worship in a relaxed and relational manner. This service offers Children’s Church during the sermon, allowing kids ages 3-9 to learn with an interactive lesson about the Bible will be taught with fun, age appropriate, activities and applications!

On the first and third Sunday of every month we celebrate the Lord’s Supper, we serve individual bread and wine which are distributed by the pastor and elders.
The LCMS believes Scripture teaches the Lord's Supper is a precious gift of God in which Christ gives us His true body and blood, in, with, and under the bread and wine, for the forgiveness of our sins and the strengthening of our faith. Because the Bible teaches that this Sacrament may also be spiritually harmful if misused, and that participation in the Lord's Supper is an act of confession of faith, the LCMS ordinarily provides communion to only those who have been instructed in the teachings of our church and who have confessed their faith in these teachings.

There is no dress code at Trinity! We encourage you to wear whatever makes you feel comfortable to worship with us. Whether that means athleisure, jeans and a t-shirt, or a suit and tie we believe the most important part about your Sunday morning is showing up, ready to worship God.

Children are a valued part of our congregation and we welcome them as a special part of our church. During both services, before the message, children are invited to the front of the sanctuary for a short message and prayer with the pastor. At contemporary service, during the sermon, children may also attend children’s service downstairs where an interactive lesson about the Bible will be taught with fun, age appropriate, activities and applications!
We also have a cry room available in the back of our sanctuary, along with a nursery down stairs, both with the ability to continue listening to music and the message while allowing a comfortable environment for children.
In between services we offer Sunday School for children where we read bible stories, sing songs, and do crafts about each lesson.

Trinity offers a variety of groups to get involved in with opportunities to find your people! We have multiple bible studies, along with a youth group, a variety musical groups, and we are working to start a handful of clubs soon, like our kayaking club!
There are also many opportunities to volunteer at Trinity through organizations like the Spencerport Food Shelf, and different missions. One way to keep track of these events is by taking a look at our calendar, and you are always welcome to reach out to us with any questions or to find out more!
